Administrator and Business Development roles mark next phase of launch for 112-bed residential treatment facility and startup/operations for the Virginia Opioid Abatement Authority funded wellness center project
Clintwood, VA — Wildwood Recovery Center, a soon-to-open 112-bed residential substance use disorder treatment facility in Dickenson County, today announced the posting of its first two leadership positions: Administrator and Director of Business Development. These roles represent a significant milestone as the organization moves into its final phase of pre-opening operations ahead of a planned launch for the last half of 2026. These roles will also lead the startup and operations of the Virginia Opioid Abatement Authority funded wellness center project.
Wildwood Recovery Center is a joint partnership between Momentum Management Solutions, the Dickenson County Board of Supervisors, Dickenson County Industrial Development Authority (IDA), and Southwest Properties. Wildwood Recovery Center is operated by Momentum Management Solutions, a behavioral health management organization focused on expanding access to high-quality treatment. The facility is designed to provide ASAM 3.5 level residential care, with plans to expand into additional levels of care over time.
The Administrator position will serve as the on-site executive leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility operations, including staffing, clinical programming, regulatory readiness, and overall performance. The Director of Business Development will lead referral development, community engagement, and census growth strategies, playing a critical role in connecting individuals and families to care throughout Southwest Virginia and surrounding regions. Both roles will also lead the startup and operations of the associated wellness center project.

The organization has successfully obtained initial licensure with the Commonwealth of Virginia as well as preliminary accreditation with The Joint Commission, formalizing its commitment to high-quality, accessible care. As final phases of licensure and insurance agreements conclude, the search for team members begins. Leadership hiring is a key step toward operations readiness and the successful launch of services.
