Robyn Hawkins

Robyn Hawkins serves as Director of Business Development at Wildwood Recovery Center, where she focuses on building strong community partnerships, expanding referral relationships, and connecting individuals and families with meaningful pathways to treatment and recovery.

A lifelong resident of Southwest Virginia, Robyn brings more than eight years of experience in workforce and business development. Prior to joining Wildwood, she served as Regional Business Solutions Coordinator and Career Center Manager with the Southwest Virginia Workforce Development Board. In these roles, she worked closely with businesses, healthcare providers, educational institutions, government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and community partners throughout the region to develop collaborative solutions and connect individuals with resources and opportunities.

Robyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree from King University in Bristol, Tennessee, as well as associate degrees from Mountain Empire Community College in Big Stone Gap, Virginia. She is a Certified National Workforce Development Professional and Certified Business Engagement Professional.

Throughout her career, Robyn has built her work around relationships, trust, and follow-through. At Wildwood, she brings that same approach to developing partnerships that strengthen access to substance use disorder treatment. She is passionate about bringing organizations and communities together, reducing barriers to care, and helping ensure individuals seeking recovery can connect with the support and resources they need to move forward.
